Terra Nova was started ~32 years ago by Robert Spevak
Robert is a Certified backflow tester, Master Gardener, a Certified Landscape Technician, and a Certified Arborist who has a deep knowledge of the industries he serves. Robert has a wealth of knowledge and continues his education to apply the latest products and ideas.

Backflow Test
Residential Clients
(Commercial, add $10 per device/service)
- Base Price for Annual Retest Clients in EUG/SPR. Base price - $45 (add $10 if requested after 5/1)
- Base Price for One Time Only Tests in EUG/SPR - $55 (add $10 if requested after 5/1)
BF TEST / BORDERING TOWNS – All non-Eugene/non-Springfield. Includes fuel/labor surcharge:
- Annual retest clients: $55
- One time only: $65
- Add $10 if requested after 5/1
BF TEST / CALL FIRST – ADVANCE NOTICE (flexible date/time):
- Annual retest clients: $55
- One time only: $65

BF TEST / CRAWL SPACE/inaccessible – $70

Annual Bundle Package
(annual backflow test, winterizing*, and de-winterizing/spring turn on)
$110/yr. Prepayment is no longer required for annual service. We can split it out and bill for you as we conduct each service.
- Late turn on requests (after 5/1) and late winterizing requests (after 10/1), add $10
- BORDERING TOWNS (All non-Eugene/non-Springfield) - Add $10 fuel/labor fee to base price
- CALL FIRST/ - Add additional $10
